Smile and nod knowingly at every opinion you are forced to endure. Do not, however, allow your decision to be altered by an outsiders influence. When you ask your doctor’s advice, make sure that s/he is aware that you are looking for an unbiased opinion. Stating this up front may help, but be prepared for anyone, including the doctor, to build a strong case for whichever method they personally favor. In some cases you yourself may strongly believe that one method is superior, only to find that your new little one disagrees. Take your time, do your homework, and you’ll be fine.
